Network, which maintains a database of more than 10,000 private companies
covering all industry sectors. When you upload your trial balance file, you
anonymously contribute your financial ratios
into the network's benchmarking database. You can then compare your performance
versus companies in the construction industry, and by geographic region or
size range.
ProfitView is a more efficient
way to deliver information to your financial advisor, and more secure than
e-mail, fax or postal mail.
The system also benefits you, providing in-depth analysis of your company's
financial trends and showing how your business
compares to others in the construction industry.
Financial
Trend Analysis
The system includes a dashboard that highlights your
key financial metrics and illustrates how your company
is changing and growing versus continually updated financial
trends. For example, you can compare
your current period
vs. the same period last year, current YTD vs.YTD from last
year, and annual growth rate. This gives you an efficient way
to distribute financial summaries internally or to company shareholders.
Here’s How
It Works
Each month when close your books, go to the ProfitView web page, login to
the secure area and upload a single file from
your accounting system. The trial balance file from your accounting system
is the only file that’s needed. The file upload takes only
a couple of minutes each month, and you access your company’s account
by login, just like accessing your bank account on-line.
